What is the best symphonic album ever?

What is the best symphonic album ever? Could it be 'Oceanborn' by Nightwish? It's a great album,no doubt about it and it got me in to symphonic metal. My favourite tracks from it are 'Stargazer', 'The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea', 'The Pharaoh Sails to Orion' and 'Gethsemane'.
Here is a Youtube link for the song 'Gethsemane'.www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jg8fXSts0nk
